The Camp

During our camp our focus is on learning in the classroom and practicing in the real world. So our normal weekday will consist of 3 hours of intensive morning classes where we will concentrate on grammar, speaking, listening, pronunciation and writing. Throughout the camp we will use dynamic streamlined curriculum, developed from years of teaching experience. The afternoons and evenings will be open for the student to go explore, hang out with their new friends and families, and meet for group activities at night (cooking, movies, games, etc...).

Our camp is designed to let the students take what they learn in the classroom and immediately apply it to real life situations in America. Every day will have a theme or topic that we will focus on with useful grammar and idioms. After class is finished it is immediately put into action by using games, competitions, and challenges in real world situations.

For example:

- If our daily topic is giving and receiving directions in the class room, the students will be broken up into teams and sent out in the city on a scavenger hunt where they will have to use words and terms that they use in American culture.

- If our daily topic is cooking, we will learn the appropriate words and grammar during the day and have a cooking competition for the students at night.

- If our daily topic is music, we will go to see live music during the night.
